We live in a master planned community and in our community there are our close to 10 builders (Phase1 ). Well.....our builder is a ma & pop builder which, unfortunately, was very close to selling off the rest of the lots to another builder (economic troubles). There are only 40 homes in our little circle and 20 of them have not been built yet. For the past few months we (including our neighbors) have been a little worried about the completion of our street and the quality of new homes if another builder were to come and finish the lots. With our relief, our builder was able to get the bank to fund the properties. Now the chaos has begun! Our street looks like a construction zone....tractors, cement trucks, and so on. I don't mind it though.....instant entertainment for the kidlets. :)
Also, our community (the master plan) will be opening a new elementary school the year the girls go into kindergarten, a small coffee/yogurt/bagels community retail, and it already as a beautiful resort pool and amazing playgrounds. Come!!!!! It's a great place to raise a family!!!!
