This past weekend we made the LONG drive down to LA. The kids did great!!!!! I learned a lot about how to keep the Littles busy from our last trip down there in October. We were invited to a wedding (the bride from my grad. class at Azusa Pacific and the groom is a great friend of ours from our church in the Bay Area) so we decided to take the kids (The wedding actually had a kids reception. How creative is that???? ). Anyways, we drove down to LA on Thursday and stayed with my very best friend and her family. Her sweet kids and my girls get along SO WELL. In fact, we have already chosen her son to marry our Caitlyn. :) Then on Friday we decided to surprise the kids to a day at Disneyland. They had NO clue. As we were walking to the tram they still were confused where we were. I decided to pull out their mouse ears and then their eyes got so wide. They were so cute and literally skipped all the way to the entrance. We had a great day at Disneyland and hung out with some of our college friends and their kiddos -our group had 17 in it. Yikes! We had such an amazing time that we even bought season passes. Hopefully this will be an incentive to head down their more often.
